HR Fundamentals is a flexible and affordable way to get quality HR assistance suited to the professional services environment. About Us

HR Fundamentals is about getting human resource basics right. We specialise in small to medium businesses.

We do this by utilising our in-house skills and using specialist partners to extend our services at the appropriate time.

Principal consultant, Lisa Donohoe, has accumulated a wealth of HR experience working in the corporate sector over the past 15 years. Her experience covers a range of industries including high profile brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Morgan & Banks and Virgin Mobile Australia.

More recently Lisa spent four years in the professional services environment as HR Manager for Cutler Hughes & Harris, a commercial mid-tier law firm.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in HR and industrial relations, Lisa has a reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercial HR services and solutions that get results.
